TICKET PRE-SALES FOR PLAYERS
Dear Player, in order to definitively confirm the slot you booked with your pre-subscription follow these easy steps:
1) Check on the Tournament Schedule when your tournament will start. After, click on this link in order to get redirected on the Listicket site, to be able to buy the ticket/s for the day in which your tournament takes place.
IMPORTANT: for CoD 4, Gears of War 2 and Halo 3 teams, the Team Leader will have to buy the tickets for ALL the members of his team at once. Ex. For a 5 player team, the team leader has to buy 5 tickets.
For PES 2009, SBK’08 and Guitar Hero III, just one ticket will be needed. In case of tournaments that last more than one day, the player will only have to buy the ticket for the day that the tournament STARTS. For further phases of the tournament, the direction will inform the players about the procedure to be followed in order to enter in the event for the next day of tournament.
2) Once you enter in the Listicket site, register on their site and proceed in the online purchase of our ticket. By the end of the process, you will receive a Number. You will have to print the confirmation of the purchase in order to bring it to our ticket office the day in which you will come to The Gameland, together with a valid ID. Write down the confirmation Number and come back on this page.
3) Write the Number from Listicket and the pre-subscription code you recived from The Gameland inside the green box named “Slot Confirmation” in order to complete the subscription process and obtain the 100%gurantee to be part of one of our tournaments.
Overbooking (only CoD4 5vs5): For CoD5 tournament, we closed the pre-subscription having 32 teams pre-subscribed and a waiting list of 10 teams.The first 32 teams to complete the pre-subscription (Here’s the list, in chronological order: http://www.thegameland.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1230#p1230 ) will have time until the 9th of November to purchase the ticket, confirming their participation in our event. If some teams don’t confirm their participation before this date; the 10 teams from the waiting list (also, in chronological order) will be able to subscribe at the tournament for the amount of slots that remain unconfirmed after the 9th of November.
IMPORTANT: The Team Leader’s name and surname given at the time of the pre-subscription MUST be correct, because it will be the Team Leader to pick up the tickets from our ticket office, after showing both the printed confirmation of the tickets' purchase and his ID. For any modification about the Team Leader’s infos, you can contact our admin in our forum: www.thegameland.net . For roster or general modifications about your Team, you will have to comunicate them in the desk you will find inside our event in order to register you with the correct infos in our software system.
